This class is for anyone who feels the desire to move—but not always the ability to step into a typical group setting.
Whether you’re living with:
• Non-born brain injury
• Post-COVID symptoms
• Chronic depression
• Rheumatism or autoimmune conditions
• Long-standing fatigue or chronic pain
…or simply feel “not quite in your skin” enough to join a fast-paced or impersonal class, you are welcome here.
A 45-minute online movement session, safely guided from a grounded position—often from a chair—this class gently helps you:
• Reconnect with your body
• Relieve tension and pain
• Restore your rhythm through music, breath, and visualization
• Respect your body’s boundaries while softly expanding what is possible
You won’t be asked to push through pain.
You will be invited to move from where you are, in your own timing, toward flow—from within.
