We innovated Pilates, and fused it with the TRX. The result is Pirx, Pilates+TRX. The advantage here is that exclusive machine Pilates gets accessible, and mobile.
Suspension training with TRX
We offer Suspension training with TRX, from general maintenance to athletic performance in private, duet and small group setting, indoors and outdoors.
Dance classes
We provide an open space for dance classes for anyone, but also in the context of non-born brain damage such as Parkinson and MS.
